Turnkey restaurant, coffee shop and food truck business opportunity! The Farmstand is an established farm-to-table, from-scratch style restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner service, with unique menu offerings and a loyal customer following developed over three years in business. A dedicated coffee shop within the restaurant, complete with an espresso machine and breakfast offerings, adds another component to the operation, while a full schedule of special events gives customers even more reasons to return throughout the year. The opportunity extends well beyond the restaurant itself. Catering and mobile bartending capabilities, equipment and an established following provide additional avenues for off-site business, while the food truck complements the brick-and-mortar location and expands the ability to serve customers at events and throughout the surrounding area. The business also currently features liquor service and established pull-tabs. This is being offered as a truly turnkey opportunity, with the established business and real estate along with the restaurant equipment, furnishings, fixtures, inventory, recipes, business name and goodwill included in the sale. The current owners extensively renovated and upgraded the restaurant after purchasing it, including a complete interior overhaul and the purchase of new equipment, creating an operation designed for a new owner to step into and continue. The investment didn't stop inside. The owners acquired the adjoining lot, removed the former structure and transformed the space into an outdoor entertainment area. The patio features a covered portion with a TV and patio lighting and connects to a fenced, turfed area offering space for cornhole and other outdoor games—or simply room for kids to play while families enjoy the patio. The result is a versatile outdoor space that complements the restaurant and its family-friendly atmosphere. Main Street frontage along the turf area provides excellent visibility and potential signage opportunities. Additional open lot space on the opposite side of the property provides room for a future owner to explore further expansion, whether that means a party room, banquet/event space, additional restaurant space or another use that complements the existing operation. The restaurant and food truck are being offered together, although the seller is willing to consider a sale of the restaurant without the food truck. Between the restaurant, dedicated coffee shop, food truck, catering and mobile bartending operation, events, liquor service, pull-tabs, outdoor entertainment space and room for future growth, The Farmstand offers multiple established components within one business and real estate package. Continue the concept and customer following already in place or bring your own ideas and build on the foundation the current owners have created!
